The role:
Are you passionate about catering? This is a great opportunity for you to contribute towards providing a first class catering service to residents, visitors and staff which delivers on high standards of food safety. Our ShireLiving or supported housing facilities provide people over 55 years old a safe, secure, and caring environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you will become a key part of the team to deliver a catering service to our residents. We are opening a brand new scheme in Whitchurch, Shropshire with 70 apartments that may be single or double occupied.

What you will be doing:
* Preparing and serving quality food
* Cleaning and organising the food preparation area
* Have a friendly approach towards visitors and residents
* Monitoring the kitchen area to ensure sanitation standards are maintained.
* Ensure the Café service areas are to a high standard
* Washing dishes, cutlery, serving utensils, containers and tables
About you:
* You will have experience of delivering excellent customer service
* You will be someone who would embrace processes and procedures along with adding in a good measure of your creativity
* You will be open to new ideas and thinking out of the box
