Prescribing Administrator

Location: Base location is 3 Armley Court LS12 2LB however cover at other Leeds sites is required when needed.
Working hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
About the role...
An exciting opportunity is available for a full-time prescribing administrator based within our Forward Leeds team. This is a diverse and rewarding role with expectations that the post holder will cover all aspects of administration including clinical administration. The role will be based at our hub in Armley but with the expectation that they will provide cover and work across all our 3 sites hubs within Leeds where needed. Experience of using SystmOne is desirable but not essential.
Some of the key duties you will undertake include:
1. Prepare prescriptions strictly adhering to protocol and procedure using SystmOne.
2. Management of daily clinical task and prescription queries through SystmOne.
3. Manage clinical checks to ensure compliance with CQC standards.
4. Generate and send GP letters.
5. Stock control and ordering of stock.
