Job Title: Payroll Senior
Location: Colchester Office
Are you an experienced Payroll Officer looking to join a growing Accountancy practice going through a transformation journey? As Payroll Senior you will be based out of the Colchester office but be part of a wider network of 5 offices with a plan to acquire more clients as an outsourced service.
You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end payroll processes for a number of clients, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing. You will work closely with and support other payroll team members and report directly to the Payroll Manager. Handling client queries and maintaining high standards of communication and accuracy in complex payroll scenarios will be key aspects of your role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee end-to-end payroll processes for a diverse client base
* Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing
* Handle and resolve client queries efficiently
* Support and collaborate with payroll team members
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UK payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
1. Proven experience in a similar payroll role with a focus on UK payroll
