By working with us as a Healthcare Assistant, youll be a valued member of a compassionate team dedicated to caring for a male in his 30s, in Tamworth.
Our service user loves watching films and is a big fan of the Star Wars franchise. He also enjoys playing immersive games on his PlayStation and listening to a variety of music. Your role will not only involve providing essential care but also engaging in the activities he enjoys.
Main duties of the job
Pay Rates:
1. £ - £ per hour
2. Approx. £ - £ (per 12-hour day shift)
3. Approx. £ - £ (per 12-hour night shift)
Shifts Available:
4. Part Time
5. Days: 8am 8pm
6. Nights: 8pm 8am
Essential Experience:
7. 3 months previous care experience
8. Medication administration
9. Personal care
10. Moving and handling

Job responsibilities
The role of a Healthcare Assistant (HCA) is to work without direct supervision in the home of the service user providing care and support including personal, social, and domestic support whilst adhering to the service users individual care and support plan.
The aim of the position is to enable service users to remain safely in their own home with as much independence as possible.
Alongside providing care and support in a professional, discreet, and caring manner, always ensuring the service users right to privacy and dignity is maintained
