Responsive Repairs Planning Team Leader
Hours – 35 hours per week, working 8am to 4.00pm, with one hour for lunch each day
Location – Office Based, Memorial House, Coalville, Leicestershire
Salary - £30,294 - £33,660 annum
We are seeking an experienced Planning Team Leader to join our Reactive Repairs Planning Team at emh. In this role, you will lead the planning and development of our Reactive Repairs service, ensuring that emh delivers a cost-effective solution while providing value for money and an excellent customer experience.
As the Reactive Planning Team Leader, you will oversee all aspects of the reactive repairs function. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that our customers throughout the East Midlands receive excellent service from both our Internal Maintenance Teams and external contractors.
We're aiming to grow the services delivered internally, so you should have a forward-thinking approach, and an awareness of best practice in the sector. We have a data driven service and you should have an analytical eye with experience of interpreting and manipulating data, and producing reports.
You will demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills while working closely with other stakeholders across the business, including our Housing and Finance teams.
As an experienced people leader, you will be responsible for motivating and guiding the team to foster a culture of trust and performance based on results. You will directly manage the responsive repairs planners to ensure the best possible outcomes and service for our customers.
