If so, we want you on our team As Social Value Project Coordinator, you’ll lead the charge in delivering meaningful social value across our Enforcement business. You’ll collaborate with clients, community partners, and internal teams to develop and implement impactful initiatives that align with strategic goals. What You’ll Be Doing: Drive Social Impact – Develop and execute innovative social value initiatives that make a real difference. Build Strong Client Relationships – Engage with key stakeholders to identify and deliver tailored social value opportunities. Lead Community Engagement – Partner with charities, schools, and social enterprises to foster impactful collaborations. Ensure Compliance & Best Practice – Align initiatives with legislation and industry frameworks. Track & Showcase Success – Collect and analyse data to measure impact, maintain social value trackers, and report on achievements. Champion Internal Engagement – Work closely with internal teams to integrate social value efforts across the business. Promote Our Brand – Collaborate with communications teams to highlight social value successes. What We’re Looking For: Experience in Social Value & Community Engagement – Proven background in CSR, social impact, or sustainability projects. Strong Relationship Builder – Ability to engage and influence clients, stakeholders, and community partners. Project Management & Organisational Skills – A proactive approach to managing multiple initiatives. Data-Driven & Results-Oriented – Ability to track, measure, and report on social value impact.
