MET Technician - Finchley Area
Our client, a highly respected and well-established accident repair group, is looking to recruit an experienced MET Technician.
Working Hours/Days: Monday to Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm
Salary: £40k Basic, £65k+ OTE
Responsibilities:
1. Work in partnership with repair consultants and production teams to achieve the best outcomes for customers.
2. Perform accurate and efficient MET repairs on vehicles.
3. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
4. Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
5. Assist in training and mentoring junior team members.
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience as an MET Technician.
2. Relevant automotive qualifications.
3. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to work as part of a team.
