As a Programme Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the MSc & Diplomas team, ensuring the seamless delivery of our programmes. You will work closely with Programme Managers and the Senior Programme Manager to provide comprehensive programme, administrative and technical support. Key responsibilities:
1. Plan and execute programme modules and events, coordinating logistics such as room bookings, accommodation and speaker materials. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure flawless delivery.
2. Liaise with external suppliers, negotiate costs and manage financial processes using Oracle.
3. Assist with the creation and maintenance of digital content on platforms like Canvas, ensuring all communications are up-to-date and accurate.
4. Support budget planning, process invoices and monitor expenditure in collaboration with Programme Managers.
5. Develop and maintain project plans and timelines, ensuring the successful management of multiple priorities.
You will possess exceptional attention to detail and a structured approach to managing tasks and projects. You should also have extensive experience of organising and prioritising your work to meet tight deadlines, with strong communication skills, both written and oral. Additionally, the role requires the ability to work well alone, use initiative and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
