We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Site Foreman to oversee and manage our construction projects. The Site Foreman will be the key point of contact on construction sites, coordinating operations and directing workers to ensure the project is completed efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities:
* Supervising and coordinating on-site construction activities.
* Ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with safety regulations and building codes.
* Directing and leading workers and subcontractors on-site.
* Monitoring and reporting on project progress to senior management and clients.
* Managing schedules, materials, and equipment.
* Resolving on-site issues and conflicts.
* Ensuring the quality standards of construction and workmanship.
* Liaising with clients, architects, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Site Foreman or similar supervisory role in construction.
* Strong knowledge of construction procedures, equipment.
* Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
* Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Problem-solving abilities.
* Relevant certifications and qualifications (CSCS, First Aid, etc.).
* A valid driver’s license.
