Early Career Teacher (ECT) Role & Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons in your subject area.
* Assess, track, and support student progress.
* Work closely with experienced colleagues and your ECT mentor.
* Participate in training, staff meetings, and whole-school initiatives.
* Contribute to extracurricular activities and student enrichment.
* Follow safeguarding and behaviour policies to maintain a positive learning environment.
Early Career Teacher (ECT) Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards it.
* Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching.
* Commitment to student progress and wellbeing.
* Effective communication and teamwork skills.
