The Footprint Academy
The Footprint Digital Academy is an award-winning one-week, 100% online course which gives you the best possible start to your career in digital. It bridges the gap between the theoretical knowledge of university and the practical skills needed for real-world marketing. At the end of it there are permanent jobs up for grabs!
Getting your first job out of university can be challenging, as you’re entering a crowded job market and you need that little something extra to set you apart. University has done a great job of giving you the key ideas and concepts that you’ll need in work – but how does that actually translate in the real world?
What will I learn?
By the end, you’ll have the skills to get hands-on with digital marketing projects in the real world. You’ll have the confidence to go for that totally brilliant job in the industry, and you’ll have caught the enthusiasm of our team for everything digital.
Our training scheme places 20 graduating university students onto the course for free (discounted from £599) with 5 permanent marketing roles up for grabs at Footprint Digital on completion of the course. Take a look at the roles we have available below!
The Roles

Relationship Manager
Relationships are at the core of everything we do at Footprint Digital. We work hard to build exceptional relationships with our clients. As a Relationship Manager, you can expect to work on a profile of clients from different industries alongside our team of SEO, PPC and CRO experts to advise, support and facilitate the client in their journey with Footprint Digital.
Partnerships Development Manager
The Partnership Development Manager is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with web development and PR agencies in and around London. It’s a fun role which involves spending your time buzzing around London and on calls with interesting people! You’ll enjoy sharing ideas, supporting people and building collaborative relationships.
Technical SEO
Technical SEO’s work closely with the PPC, Content, CRO and Client services teams to provide support and strategic direction on client accounts. As part of the delivery team, you’ll be instrumental in providing the technical expertise that our clients love. You’ll make sure our clients’ businesses thrive and give them confidence in our solutions-based approach.
Business Development Manager
This role is an integral part of the team and an important part of the Footprint Digital system. You’ll be the first point of contact with a client that’s looking to improve their digital performance. You’ll take them on the journey to understand how digital can help their business grow, and kickstart the relationship by converting new business leads into revenue.
Paid Media Manager
Paid Media Managers work closely with the SEO, Content, CRO and Client services teams to provide continuous support and strategic direction on client accounts. This role focuses on identifying and implementing innovative strategies for clients PPC campaigns. You’ll learn how to test multiple strategies and measure which campaigns deliver the best results. You’ll play a key part in achieving results that our clients love!
