Content/PR Manager
This is a key role within an ambitious and friendly award-winning agency. You will be a highly organized, motivated, and self-directed Content & PR Manager. The role involves planning, implementing, and evaluating communication campaigns, including digital content, website, PR, and activations.
You will work with the SMT, Head of Account, Agency Digital Lead, and Creative Content Lead to identify clients’ Content and PR needs and develop strategic and tactical solutions. You will direct multidisciplinary teams and work closely with clients to build relationships based on respect and trust.
Main Tasks:
1. Content:
2. Develop audience-focused content strategies with the Client Services team, Agency Digital Lead, and Creative Content Lead.
3. Create high-quality, engaging content in collaboration with the Creative Studio team and external partners, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and audience insights.
4. Lead content for specific clients or areas, including long-form and web copy.
5. Identify content opportunities proactively to support the wider Client Services team.
Influencer Management:
1. Shape the agency’s approach to influencer collaborations.
2. Work with the Client Service team to define influencer strategies.
3. Identify and build relationships with influencers, negotiate rates, and manage agreements.
4. Manage influencer projects alongside the Creative Production Manager and team.
PR:
1. Develop the agency’s PR offerings and strategies based on KPIs.
2. Build relationships with media, journalists, and bloggers.
3. Write and publish press releases, newsletters, blogs, and other materials, following SEO best practices.
4. Monitor performance using data and insights and stay updated on social and online trends.
5. Conduct competitor monitoring and social listening.
6. Create strategic plans for the agency.
Activations:
1. Contribute to activation briefs supporting client needs.
2. Manage external activation companies in collaboration with the Creative Production Manager and teams.
Requirements:
* 3rd level qualification.
* At least 4 years’ experience, preferably in an agency.
* Strong relationships with media contacts.
* Good understanding of digital media, SEO, PPC, social media, and content trends.
* Deep knowledge of content and PR processes, working with creative teams.
* Ability to develop briefs with insights from research and previous campaigns.
* Coordination with Creative Studio/Partners for creative production.
