Due to the expansion of our Learning Academy which supports practice across Children’s Services, we are looking for an experienced, innovative, and ambitious social worker to join our team. This aspirational social worker will support the Head of Service to assist with the delivery of excellent practice.
In this role, you will play a key part in embedding our new Systemic Practice model across Children’s Services. You will bring your social work expertise to the forefront by offering co-working support, facilitating training sessions, leading workshops, and conducting group supervisions. Your contribution will be pivotal in creating a culture of learning and continuous improvement across the service.
