Handle cash and credit card transactions and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory. Maintain a clean and organised station, including stocking and replenishing supplies as needed. Assist with the day-to-day smooth running of the bar and customer service and to diligently complete all tasks as assigned by senior managers. Dealing one-to-one with customer enquiries or issues, assisting, and reporting up the line to duty managers wherever necessary. Ensure that all hot, cold, alcoholic, and non-alcoholic beverages are served and presented in a timely manner and as per training. Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures to ensure a safe and clean environment for customers and staff. Any other tasks and/or duties as directed by management.
