Duties Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently. Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using computerised systems Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations using Google Suite. Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Organise and schedule appointments, meetings, and events as required. Maintain an organised filing system for both physical and digital documents. Provide clerical support including typing correspondence, memos, and other documents. Collaborate with team members to enhance office procedures and improve workflow. Requirements Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Excellent clerical skills including accurate data entry and typing abilities. Demonstrated phone etiquette with strong verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
