Work directly with clinical teams to streamline and improve medication workflows. Provide expert guidance on the safe use of digital health tools and ensure alignment with best practices. Analyse data to enhance patient safety and drive informed decision-making. Be a key player in UHBW's digital transformation journey, collaborating with digital services, clinical staff, and leadership. What experience do you need? Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). Strong background in hospital clinical pharmacy. Knowledge of EPMA systems, digital health technology, and informatics principles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
