Customer Service Advisor
Location: Worsley
Salary: £13.21 per hour
We are looking for motivated individuals with previous phone-based customer service experience to join our growing, friendly, and supportive team. This is an ongoing temporary assignment offering hybrid working after initial training.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, between 8am and 6pm (37.5 hours per week)
Key Accountabilities:
1. Answering a high volume of inbound customer calls
2. Placing orders accurately over the phone
3. Entering customer and order details into an internal system
4. Explaining the benefits of ordering online to encourage further orders through the website
5. Handling queries and complaints as needed
Candidate Requirements:
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Confident working knowledge of MS Office
* The ability to build strong relationships with internal and external colleagues
* Good organization and planning skills
