Experience: Previous experience in a SEND setting is highly desirable. Flexibility: Open to adapting to different environments and student needs. Key Responsibilities:
Engage with students in a supportive and engaging manner.
Assist in implementing holistic and personalised learning approaches to foster development.
Support the planning and execution of educational activities that promote physical, and social growth.
Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for students.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and multi-agency partners to ensure the best outcomes for students.Qualifications:
CACHE/NVQ Level 2+ in Early Years/Childcare (or equivalent).
A genuine passion for working with young people with SEND.
Proactive attitude.
Knowledge of holistic and personalised learning principles.
