Position Givenchy Beauty Consultant (37.5 hours per week) Location: Newcastle City Centre - Mobile Contract: Permanent Mission As a Beauty Consultant for Parfums Givenchy, you are a brand ambassador. In your role, you are responsible for achieving your sales targets while promoting the brand image and providing a personalised luxury service to customers. Through your passion for the brand, you will demonstrate an attitude that befits Parfums Givenchy at all times. Main Responsibilities Sales Proactively sell Parfums Givenchy products and provide a luxury standard of service to customers. Acknowledge and exceed sales targets, as set by your line manager. Link sell across product categories to increase average transaction value (ATV) and average transaction units (ATU). KPI: Achieve sales targets Service Be knowledgeable on all Parfums Givenchy products and propose personalised products to clients, overcoming objections confidently. Demonstrate products through flash make-overs, explaining benefits clearly. Initiate contact with customers, welcoming them both on counter and through traffic stopping. Identify, understand and reformulate client needs. Develop personal relationships with clients to gain loyalty. Educate clients on Parfums Givenchy products and the brand. KPI: Achieve target for Mystery Shopping General Participate in merchandise management in line with Corporate guidelines. Monitor stock levels, report issues to the Counter Manager, and ensure sufficiency. Conduct all assigned operational and administrative tasks. Be a Parfums Givenchy brand ambassador at all times. Adhere to Company procedures and policies as outlined in the employee handbook. Build relationships with store management and adhere to all store policies and procedures. Perform additional duties as directed by the management team.
