The Role
As a Business Lecturer, your day will be dynamic and varied, offering a stimulating and rewarding experience. You'll be responsible for delivering engaging lectures and workshops to our level 2 and level 3 business students, tailoring your approach to meet their diverse learning needs. Additionally, you'll create and design innovative teaching resources that foster a stimulating and interactive learning environment.
Furthermore, you'll collaborate with local employers to develop and deliver targeted boot camps that bridge the gap between academia and the workplace. This will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with industry professionals to provide students with valuable insights and networking opportunities.
Finally, you'll provide personalised guidance and support to students throughout their academic journey, helping them to overcome challenges and reach their full potential. You'll also act as a personal tutor, offering one-on-one mentoring and advice to help students achieve their goals. By encouraging and motivating students to engage actively in their learning and develop essential skills for success, you'll play a vital role in their education.
