Accounts Payable Assistant The Accounts Payable Assistant will be fully trained on all internal systems to take responsibility for several accounts payable processes. The candidate should have excellent attention to detail and thrive on work that is often fast-paced and challenging. Benefits: £28,800 per annum Quarterly KPI bonus Private Medical Insurance Healthcare scheme Excellent contributory pension scheme Online retail discounts Cycle to Work scheme Full training programme with continuing professional development As Accounts Assistant at our North London Wembley office, you will: Administer the accounts inbox for purchase invoices Respond to vendor enquiries via email Liaise with third parties and other departments to resolve any issues/differences Input daily purchase invoices manually and through Continia Complete verification of new supplier’s bank details Accurately prepare supplier payment runs Post credit card payments to ensure statements reconcile Complete general accounting administration/filing/reports The ideal Accounts Payable Assistant / Purchase Ledger Clerk will have the following skills and experience: Experience of working in a busy accounts office, with purchase ledger experience High attention to detail supported by strong numerical skills Have initiative and a pro-active, enthusiastic ‘can do’ attitude Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Clear spoken and written English is required Highly literate in most Microsoft packages Ability to prioritise to meet tight deadlines Flexible team player but able to use own initiative Established in 1987, QBS Software provides a platform for software companies and channel resellers to increase efficiency and achieve growth.
