Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Interaction: Manage inbound calls and emails, providing estimates and lead times to ensure high customer service standards.
* Efficient Call Management: Answer all calls within SLA, aiming for first call resolution.
* Service Order Management: Track service orders from logging to completion, updating technician schedules and linking repairs to purchase orders.
* Proactive Communication: Keep customers informed on service order status and spare part delivery.
* Customer Ownership: Provide a dedicated point of contact for service orders.
* Scheduling: Proactively schedule planned service orders for timely completion.
What You Need to Succeed
* Solid experience in customer service
* Competent with MS office especially Outlook and Excel
* Good verbal and written communication skills
