As a CBRE Critical Services supervisor, you will support the Engineering Manager and lead the shift in completing all statutory and non-statutory Planned Preventative Maintenance across site including completion of all associated documentation required to maintain compliance within the required timeframes. The reporting of failures / non-compliance and the implementation of agreed solutions. To also complete reactive tasks and daily checks / readings as required in accordance with agreed service levels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and manage workload on shift; scheduling works based on priorities to ensure completion of PPM's / CM's and reactive work orders within defined SLA's; highlight any concerns to the engineering manager.
* Supervision of critical services shift team and senior technical representative out of hours
* Carry out electrical switching operations on systems within Change Control process and authorization limits to agreed switching programmes.
* Responsible for escalation of all incidents and writing of incident reports ensuring the approved escalation procedure is adhered to.
* Operate all systems within the building in a competent, effective, and efficient manner, adhering to guidelines, bulletins and SOPs as required.
* Ensure that service providers work sheets are signed off, quality of works are inspected, and any recommendations are escalated.
* Undertake training as required by the post and the engineering manager. Also to ensure the rest of the shift team are compliant with training.
* Ensure that method statements and risk assessments (including dynamic risk assessments) are prepared for all tasks carried out to ensure safe working practices.
* Ensure a professional image of CBRE is presented to clients and visitors and ensure excellence in customer service is delivered and always promoted.
* Maintaining and developing technical skills through a commitment to personal development and life-long-learning.
Experience Required:
* Previous HV AP experience
* Proven experience as an engineer in building services within critical environments
* Previous experience working a continental shift pattern (including weekends and nights)
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Committed to the delivery of excellent customer service.
