Job Opportunity: Senior Bids Executive A leading professional services firm is looking for a skilled Senior Bids Executive with experience in public sector tenders to support their bid process and help drive new business. The role primarily focuses on public sector opportunities, with occasional involvement in private sector pitches. Key Responsibilities: Develop a strong understanding of the firm’s services and offerings. Review new opportunities on tender portals, raise clarifications, and manage the bid/no-bid process. Collaborate with legal teams to develop effective bid strategies. Write compelling bid copy that aligns with the firm’s tone of voice. Work with internal teams (HR, IT, Finance, etc.) to gather relevant bid information. Maintain and update the central bid content library, including lawyer CVs. Prepare lawyers for interview stages and gather client feedback post-decision. Produce tender analysis and reporting, while maintaining the central tender log. Skills & Experience: 5 years of bid writing experience, ideally with specific experience in public sector tenders. Strong understanding of public sector tender processes and stages. Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and contributing to tender pricing. Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
