We are currently looking for a Learning Support Assistant for roles within SEN schools supporting children with Autism and PMLD. We have multiple positions available in various schools accross Bury and Bolton
The Learning Support Assistant’s job will be to assist the pupils in their learning and development and aid the teacher with delivering lessons.
The needs of these pupils are moderate to severe, therefore the successful candidate will have some experience with SEN either personally or professionally.
The ideal candidate will have/be:
Safeguarding training or knowledge
Experience of SEN
Ability to built relationships with pupils, parents and staff
Adaptable
Kind, caring manner
Full driving licence

Applicants who have spent 6 months or more outside of the UK in the last 5 years, must have an Overseas Criminal Clearance/police check for that country

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
