Reservations & Administrative Coordinator
We are looking for a dedicated and highly organized individual to join our team as a Reservations & Administrative Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing reservations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handling guest inquiries and bookings via phone, email, and online platforms.
* Ensuring all reservations are processed accurately and efficiently.
* Assisting with administrative tasks to support office operations.
* Liaising with guests to provide a seamless experience from booking to departure.
* Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
* Managing records, maintaining databases, and handling general office duties.
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
* A customer-focused approach with outstanding communication abilities.
* Previous experience in hospitality, reservations, or administrative support is beneficial.
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in office software and reservation systems is a plus.
* Candidates must have their own means of transport, as public transport is not a feasible option for commuting to our location.

Pay: From £24,000.00 per year

Schedule:
* 8 hour shifts 9am-6pm with 1 hour for lunch
* Monday to Sunday - Weekends are on a rotation with the other team members
* Bank holidays are part of the rota
