At Fresh People we are recruiting for an experienced Finance Assistant with Sage working knowledge to join a leading business within the telecoms sector based in Orpington. This is a fixed-term contract offering a fantastic opportunity to work within a supportive and professional finance team for a 3-6 month duration Key Responsibilities: Processing and managing the Purchase Ledger Managing the Sales Ledger and supporting credit control Handling Cash Allocation and reconciling bank statements Assisting with month-end financial processes Ensuring accurate and timely financial record-keeping Requirements: Previous experience in a Finance Assistant role Strong working knowledge of Sage software Solid understanding of Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger, and Cash Allocation processes Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills Ability to manage deadlines and work independently Confident communication and problem-solving abilities Contract Details: Fixed Term Contract Full-time, office-based in Orpington £35,000 per annum If you’re looking for your next opportunity in finance and have the skills we’re looking for, you immediately available then we'd love to hear from you
