Responsibilities
Manage housing applications and assess eligibility requirements
Conduct viewings and support prospective tenants during the application process
Coordinate and oversee the allocation of housing units in accordance with policies
Respond promptly to tenant inquiries, issues, and complaints, providing a high level of customer service
Monitor and report on tenancy sustainability, intervening where necessary to prevent eviction
Collaborate with local authorities and organizations to support vulnerable residents
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of tenant interactions and housing cases
Stay current on housing legislation and best practices to ensure compliance and inform policy development
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Urban Studies, or a related field
Proven experience in housing management or a related environment
Strong understanding of housing policies, legislation, and tenant rights
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement
Ability to work independently and manage multiple caseloads effectively
Proficient in using housing management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer support and resolution
Hours Per Week: 35.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £16.51
