Service Desk Manager Role
Peaple Talent is partnering with an established organisation to find a skilled Service Desk Manager to oversee the operation of the field and desk-based Service Desk teams.
The Role
* Lead and manage the team to support all IT Support Service aspects, ensuring effective performance management and customer satisfaction.
* Monitor the quality of Service Desk interactions and analyse processes to find alternative solutions and recommend new methods.
The Ideal Candidate
* Significant experience managing a Global Service Desk team, with knowledge and experience of ITIL.
* Strong analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to set requirements for process changes.
The Package
* Competitive base salary: £60,000.
* 25 days annual leave, plus additional benefits including a Cycle to Work scheme and onsite parking.
