We are seeking a strategic and experienced development professional to lead on the strategy, planning and launch of Roedean’s 150th anniversary appeal. The post holder will be responsible for delivering future fundraising and stakeholder relations strategies and lead the Alumnae and Development team.
The successful candidate will be educated to degree level or equivalent and have a track record in major gifts fundraising and stakeholder relations. A knowledge of Alumni relations and fundraising in schools would be desirable.

The post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. The School is therefore permitted to ask job applicants to declare all convictions and cautions on a self-declaration form in advance of attending an interview (including those which are "spent" unless they are "protected" under the DBS filtering rules) in order to assess their suitability to work with children.
