As our Head of Marketing, you will be solely responsible for defining and executing strategies that elevate our brand, engage our customers, and expand our market share. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that our projects are planned and implemented successfully.
Additionally, your responsibilities will include:
1. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute quarterly marketing plans for our business in the UK, utilizing both internal and external resources in collaboration with the sales teams.
2. Budget Management: Oversee and manage the marketing budget in alignment with marketing and sales objectives.
3. Lead Generation: Design, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to generate leads, utilizing local marketing materials.
4. SEO/SEM Ownership: Work closely with AddSecure's Senior Leadership Team and Sales team to implement and enhance digital strategies for the UK.
5. Key Media Marketing: Engage in marketing through key media channels, social media (ads, banners, etc.), and industry organizations relevant to our operations in the UK.
6. Event Management: Plan and execute seminars, events, and webinars for both potential and existing customers as well as internal events, ensuring high engagement and attendance.
7. Website Management: Regularly update and maintain the website, ensuring content is fresh, relevant, and optimized for search engines.
8. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, understanding the market and company objectives to ensure alignment in all marketing efforts.
9. Content Creation: Craft, review, and optimize creative content and lead content marketing efforts, including managing social networks, blogs, and press relations, in alignment with AddSecure's content strategy to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement for elevated brand awareness.
About you
The ideal candidate for this role is creative and innovative with excellent organizational skills. You will ideally also have experience with Content Management Systems (CMS), Marketing Automation Systems (e.g. HubSpot), and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce). You are self-driven and comfortable working independently as well as within a wider team.
Additionally, you will have:
* A degree in marketing or another relevant field.
* Practical marketing experience, preferably in software services within logistics or transportation.
* Proficiency in MS Office, web tools, CRM, and social media platforms.
* Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
* The ability to think creatively, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of sales promotion and campaign management.
* The ability to work in a structured manner with a strong alignment to our company core values of customer focus, simplicity, team spirit, and cooperation.
* You will be helpful, friendly, respectful, inclusive, honest, and committed.

This role will be based at our Northampton office, but we work a hybrid model, allowing for 2-3 days of home-working per week.
