Your role and responsibilities:
* Lead and develop learning provisions for students with a range of abilities and needs.
* Create an inspirational learning environment.
* Prepare, plan and deliver interactive and motivating lessons to either small or large groups of pupils.
* Ensure that health and safety is monitored at all times.
* Liaise with SLT and parents/guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns that arise.
* Ensure that children are having fun and feel secure.
* Support, guide, and help pupils when they feel uneasy or unsure.
Qualifications:
* Hold a degree in Psychology, Criminology, or Sociology.
* Hold a degree, NVQ, or CACHE in Childcare.
* Level 3 Teaching Assistant.
* Experience working with children with SEN needs.
* Patient, calm, and resilient approach.
* Motivated and dedicated in supporting children with complex needs.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good GCSEs.
* Positive and interactive approach.
* Good listening skills.
