WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AS THE PURCHASE LEDGER ASSISTANT;
* Annual Salary of c £26,000 – £29,000 dependent on experience
* Flex start and finish times – we can also consider reduced hours
* 25 days Hols PLUS Bank Hols
* Pension – Client contribution can be increased from 4% to 6%

THE ROLE OF THE PURCHASE LEDGER ASSISTANT;
Will report to the Finance Manager – working as part of a small team of Finance and Payroll.
The person and personality of the Ledger Clerk is the most important aspect of this recruitment – so we are looking for;
* Positive / Can do Mindset!
* A team player
* Someone who is adaptable as the business continues to expand!
THE ROLE OF THE PURCHASE LEDGER ASSISTANT;
Will work end to end Purchase Ledger across;
* High volume processing of Invoices
* Match Invoices to Purchase Orders
* Supplier query management and resolution
* Process of subcontractor Timesheets and Invoices
* Reconcile Supplier Statements / regular Supplier Statement Reconciliation
* Assist with Month End and Audit processes
* Ad hoc duties
