About the Role: As Registered Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the home, ensuring high-quality care, compliance with regulations, and a positive team environment. You will play a key role in shaping the future of the service and supporting children and young people with Emotional and Behavioral Difficulties (EBD).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership & Team Development:
* Manage and develop a team of Support Workers and Senior Staff.
* Ensure a positive, person-centred, and therapeutic environment.
* Provide ongoing training, mentoring, and performance management.
1. Care & Safeguarding:
* Ensure the safety and well-being of children and young people with EBD.
* Implement and oversee individual care plans and behaviour management strategies.
* Work in partnership with social workers, families, and external agencies.
2. Compliance & Quality Assurance:
* Maintain high standards of care and compliance with relevant regulations.
* Ensure all policies, procedures, and safeguarding protocols are strictly followed.
* Monitor and review the home's performance, identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements:
1. Proven experience in a similar role within a children's residential setting.
2. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or working towards it).

5. Ability to lead and inspire a team to deliver the highest standard of care.
