Do you have a passion for delivering high quality IT solutions and systems? If so, we have an opportunity for you at Flagship Group, based in our King Street Office. We are seeking an experienced IT QA Analyst to join our team.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the IT QA manager to improve the quality of product, data, and project delivery by improving the maturity of quality assurance. Your key responsibilities will be to conduct testing of IT solutions in line with Flagship’s Quality Assurance and Testing strategy, develop appropriate test processes and plans, and work across other teams within IT to develop a strong understanding of project and testing objectives. You will support all phases of testing but be mainly working within a Scrum team and manage UAT activities when needed.
Our ideal candidate will have experience working within the QA function of project and product delivery. You'll have strong knowledge of testing techniques and methodologies. You'll have an advantage if you’re proficient with Azure DevOps, Postman, and Dynamics 365. The desired qualification for this role is a professional qualification related to QA and testing such as ISEB or ISTQB; however, this is not essential.
In return, you will have ongoing personal and professional development using Flagship Group’s own Academy platform. You'll have the opportunity to enhance your skills and experience in Quality Assurance and become a subject matter expert. You will also have the opportunity to work with employees across the business and participate in activity planning and technical forums.
At Flagship, we work in an agile way; however, 2 to 3 days per week in our Norwich office are expected in this role.
In return for your hard work, we offer a competitive salary, depending on experience, between £34,000 and £38,000 per annum and a benefits package that includes:
