BCA logistics is a provider of vehicle inspection, collection & delivery services within the automotive supply chain on a nationwide basis. Typically operating at end of vehicle contract BCA Logistics inspects & collects in excess of 600, 000 vehicles per annum making it the largest provider of these services within the sector with further growth planned.

Main purpose of job:
BCA Logistics (BCAL) is looking to fill a position for a Inspector quality coordinator, the primary focus of the role will be to direct, lead, inspire development of our inspector drivers.
You will be expected to demonstrate passion, enthusiasm and energy to drive the performance of the drivers to promote a culture of consistently delivering accurate inspections. Driving a desire to achieve and develop in one’s self and all staff.
The role would be office based located at our head office in Birmingham Business Park near the Airport and NEC.
Main Responsibilities:
Building a relationship with drivers and giving them feedback on issues with they’re inspections.
Leasing with drivers’ managers/ trainers to provide on the job retraining if required.
Keep and update the inspections matrix to reflect inspection performances.
To speak to drivers about missing equipment they might have and request these for drivers.
To build feedback packs
Working closely with the driver to ensure as a team we meet KPIs and SLAs for our customers.
Building a successful working relationship with the drivers enabling ongoing coaching and development
Liaise with recruitment to ensure driver coverage is at optimum levels and to discuss recruitment requirements as well as leavers.
Respond to emails from team members, other departments, and key stakeholders.

Able to quickly establish good working relationships
Must have good interpersonal skills and be reliable
An ability to work alone and as part of a wider team
IT literate with strong understanding of Microsoft Excel and in house derived systems
