Are you a dedicated SEND Teacher looking for a full-time role in a supportive Primary School? Flourish Education are working with a local school in Northfield that want to appoint a teacher on a temporary basis to work within their SEND Hub. This position is starting ASAP and is expected to continue until June.

As a SEND Teacher you will be expected to:
Plan and deliver engagement lessons to children from Nursery up to Year 2
Adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs.
Work closely with support staff, SENCO and outside agencies to provide an inclusive learning environment.
Maintain high expectations of behaviour and learning outcomes.
Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and colleagues.
Required Skills and Experience:
Experience teaching students with SEND in a Resource Base or SEND School
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
Strong behaviour management skills.
Ability to differentiate lessons for pupils with additional needs.
