Job Title: Adult Social Worker – Mental Health Social Worker

Rate: £30 per hour
An exciting opportunity has recently opened up for an Adult Social Worker to join the Mental Health Social Work Team in Southwark.
What will your responsibilities be?
You will work closely with other healthcare professionals and agencies to provide comprehensive care and support to individuals. You will undertake detailed social care assessments, manage complex cases effectively, and develop personalized support plans to meet the specific needs of service users.

Qualifications and Experiences:
To excel in this role, you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a degree-level qualification in Social Work, and have relevant post-qualified experience.
