My client is a UK market leading £100m t/o Industrial Services company, with its HO and Central Accounts function based in Stoke-on-Trent. The business is currently undergoing a period of significant internal re-structure to support its forward growth strategy. As a result, the new CFO seeks an experienced Group Finance Manager on an initial 4-6 month Interim basis. Reporting directly to the CFO, key responsibilities will include: Supporting the migration of the Accounting platform onto a new ERP system. Train and develop more junior Accounts and Transactional Processing staff. Develop and improve the timely delivery of robust Financial Reporting/Consolidation processes. Cash management control. Liaise with the Auditors and Tax Authorities to ensure financial regulatory compliance. Overall, to work closely with the CFO to ensure the smooth and seamless transition onto the newly integrated ERP system. My client requires a technically strong qualified accountant who is available to start asap by end of January latest. You will also need to have ERP Accounting experience, preferably within a multi-site business environment. This will be a hybrid role but the successful candidate will be located within c 50 mile radius of Stoke-on-Trent to be able to be on site c 2-3 days/wk. Day rate: £450-£550/day Ltd co.
