About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Purchasing Coordinator to join our team at Beyond The Book. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for overseeing purchasing and import administration, as well as providing support across a variety of office administration tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Take customer orders and place orders for shipment
* Monitor shipments and schedules
* Process sales and purchase invoices
* Provide administrative support across the office
About You:
* Proven administration experience, with a focus on purchasing or import knowledge
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to work in a small team environment
* Good organizational skills and attention to detail
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
