Key Responsibilities: Order Processing: Manage and validate customer orders, ensuring daily quotas are met. Expedite or advance orders as required by customer needs. Warranty and Returns Processing: Process warranty claims and manage return requests efficiently. Miscellaneous Tasks: Run reports, monitor order flow, and perform other administrative tasks as needed. Requirements: At least 3 years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Outlook, Excel).
