You will be joining a highly respected and successful business, which has been running for over a decade. You will primarily be responsible for supporting the organisation with all associated construction administration. Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
* Accurately inputting invoices into a spreadsheet on a daily basis
* Handling and processing credit/account applications
* Handling customer enquiries including price requests
* Procuring required supplies and materials with relevant merchants
* Reviewing sales legal documentation
* Collating and checking handover packs
* Managing services connection applications
* Accurately inputting wages into a spreadsheet on a weekly basis
* Ad hoc administrative task as required by the business
