This company are a managed service provider and part of a large conglomerate of construction and engineering companies. They work out of the groups head office in Grays and currently have 15 employees with an extension planned to the office in the coming months to facilitate further growth.
In this office based role you will working to resolve complex tickets around Microsoft packages (Azure, 365) and cyber security as well as working on implementing complex projects with external partners who specialise in machine learning and application integration. You will be supporting and demonstrating your knowledge to 2nd line staff, reporting to the IT manager.
This role would suit a 2nd Line Support technician from an MSP background looking to step up with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure
The Role:
1. Solve and troubleshoot difficult incidents escalated from the support team
