Job Overview
We are seeking to appoint a new X-Ray and Interventional Radiology Service Manager. X-ray Services are operated at Bournemouth, Poole, and Christchurch Hospitals, along with a CDC site in the Dolphin Shopping Centre in Poole. The Interventional Radiology Service at The Royal Bournemouth Hospital covers complex IR and vascular services for the whole of the Dorset region, including part of Wiltshire.

Main Duties of the Job
The X-Ray and Interventional Radiology Service Manager will be accountable for the leadership, management, development, and co-ordination of the X-Ray and Interventional Radiology Services across East Dorset. The successful applicant will ensure delivery of responsive, high quality, and efficient services within the resources available without compromising the quality of care we provide to our patients.

Person Specification
Experience
* Significant experience as a Senior Manager within Radiology.
* Significant demonstrable experience of delivering end-to-end change in a service or function with scale and complexity.
* Leading multiple teams/leading individuals that manage complex service areas.
* Significant demonstrable experience of successfully managing budgets such as budget setting, monitoring, and actively managing variation whilst carrying the weight of the responsibility of providing a quality service to patients.
Qualifications
* Master level qualification in Radiology related module or extensive and highly specialised knowledge/experience.
