The Role: As a Financial IT Assistant, you will play an integral part in supporting the IT needs of our company. You’ll be responsible for a variety of tasks within a busy IT department, with the opportunity to develop your skills and gain qualifications. Key Responsibilities: 1st Line Support: Act as the first point of contact for user queries, providing support for MS Office and general IT issues. General Admin: Assist with administrative duties, including maintaining records of user licenses and software subscriptions. User Account Management: Manage user accounts by creating and deleting system logins, ensuring smooth access to all company systems. Data Management: Assist with data cleansing and editing to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our databases. New Business Records: Upload and input daily new business records to our back-office system to ensure smooth processing. Customer Satisfaction Surveys: Use mail merge to produce and distribute monthly customer satisfaction surveys. What We’re Looking For: Strong IT support skills with basic knowledge of MS Office. A proactive and solution-focused approach to problem-solving. Excellent attention to detail, particularly when managing data and records. Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues across the business. Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
