* To maintain cleanliness and order in the restaurant and service areas, ensuring a pleasant environment for customers.
* To assist in restocking service stations with necessary supplies, including cutlery, napkins, and condiments.
* To follow all hygiene and safety regulations and ensure compliance with restaurant policies.
* To communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and accurate food delivery.
* To assist in maintaining service ware by ensuring proper care, cleaning, and storage.
* To be present and hands-on during service hours to support the team as needed.
* To maintain the highest possible standards of personal hygiene and appearance and be dressed in a clean, correct uniform always.
* To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
* To always work as a team player and be flexible in adapting to the needs of the restaurant.
Communication
* To provide clear handovers during shift changes to ensure a smooth transition between shifts.
* To communicate any customer feedback, complaints, or issues promptly to the Duty Manager.
