POSITION SUMMARY:
This exciting role offers the opportunity to drive the multi-axis Fenty Beauty, Skin, Hair, and Fragrance marketing strategy in the UK & Ireland. This role oversees all aspects of marketing for the Fenty brands, including but not limited to retail media & retailer partnerships, IRL consumer activations, paid social, and brand strategy.
Overarching Scope:
* 360 management of Fenty Beauty, Fenty Skin, Fenty Hair, and Fenty eau de Parfum marketing plans & budget, including strategy and execution
* Manage & lead team of 3: Associate Marketing Manager & 2 Marketing Coordinators; responsible for team development
Marketing Strategy:
* Adapt global marketing plans to suit local UKI market and goals, for both core and newness (8-10+ A launches annually)
* Must be able to skilfully liaise with global team based in US, to communicate regional needs and gain approvals, as well as foster relationships with international teams around the globe
* Develop customized marketing campaigns/activations within multiple retailers, including Boots, Sephora, department stores, and pure players
* Must have the ability to both "think big" with pitching out of the box creative marketing ideas, as well as devise nimble, conversion-driving tactics
* Create clear, impactful presentations that storytell effectively, sometimes with quick turnaround
* Work collaboratively with cross-functional partners, including influencer/PR, commercial, retail, & education teams to ensure development of holistic 360 plans and retail excellence
Media:
* Responsible for retail media strategy & budget across all retailers, to align with commercial focuses
* Liaise with influencer team on developing paid content and media boosting strategy
* Work with LVMH media agency
Activation:
* Responsible for oversight of all consumer activations from start to finish
* Develop in-store eventing strategies, including GWPs, on-counter collateral, etc
Market Benchmarking:
* Forecast NPD & use Circana tool to analyze marketing trends & insights
* Work with Business Analyst to use data to develop actionable strategies that drive results and make recommendations to commercial team
* Pricing strategy
* Annual sampling & NSG strategy oversight
Budget:
* Responsible for managing marketing budget for all 4 brands
Requirements:
5+ years experience in beauty/cosmetics marketing, ideally in the UK/Ireland
Passionate about beauty and tapped into pop culture and consumer trends
Entrepreneurial mindset, putting processes into place when lacking
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
Adept with social media platforms
Strong time management skills; ability to juggle priorities and multiple projects
Leadership skills/experience managing a team
