Interviews are being undertaken via MS Teams. SCC is working flexibly and working from the office on a rota basis/as required for meetings, normally one/two days per week/as agreed by the Manager. Face to face visits continue to be undertaken
Participate on Duty rota 08:00-20:00 and weekends.Working in the community, with young people in a mental health crisis at high risk of self-harmHome visits 3 times/week for any allocated case and ad hoc visit to cover for absent colleaguesDriving across East and West SuffolkOperating/recording on System 1Presenting the case to MDT for reviewCompleting Safety plans, Formulations and care plans in relation to young people affected by a mental health crisisProvide specialist mental health nurse advice to the team and bring a MH nursing perspective to MDT
