We are looking for a bright individual with an understanding of retail EPOS systems and general IT tasks to join our highly successful and well-established client in the golf industry. This is a brand-new role and a unique opportunity to grow with this new project as it expands rapidly in the next 12-24 months.
In this role you will provide first line support to members of the organisation who have purchased a new EPOS system. You will also remotely support the installation of the EPOS systems.

Key Responsibilities
* Answering direct calls and enquiries from members
* Diagnosing and rectifying issues to meet member expectations
* Escalate any complex problems to the software developers where necessary
* Assisting the implementation manager with EPOS system implementation tasks such as delivering remote training sessions and equipment setup support
* Remotely support new members through their POS installations
* Processing product amendment suggestions reported by members
