There is an opportunity to join our team as a Service Co-ordinator.
The role:
As a Service Co-ordinator you will be accountable for:
* Fault calls
* Scheduling routine maintenance visits for customers in your region
* Requesting permits
* Quoting
* Management of job turnaround (region specific)
* Liaising with external engineering team (region specific)
The successful candidate must be able to:
* Multi task
* Meet deadlines under pressure
* Be friendly and approachable
* Tackle issues with a positive attitude
